Diane & Richard at Del Mar Villa
Diane and Richard's guests did not come to quietly sip champagne. The outfits were incredible, the personalities even better, and the party was very much the point.
Del Mar Villa was such a good match for this crowd. The property has an almost unreasonable number of beautiful places to explore: a grand staircase, formal gardens, tucked-away patios, a grape-covered arbor overlooking the Willamette River, and rooms that seem to keep going. Just when you think you've seen everything, there's another little corner worth discovering.
As a photographer, I loved having so many different settings to work with. We could sneak away for a few quiet portraits, explore the grounds, and return to a room full of people who were clearly having the time of their lives.
There was no shortage of things happening, beautiful light, or interesting people to photograph. And once the dancing started, nobody was in a hurry to call it a night.
